Our latest DIPA supporting the Mediterranean regeneration project Blau. Porifera is another name for a sponge which populates the seabed and this DIPA is like a hop sponge that has absorbed all of the beauty of Mosaic T90, Galaxy T90, Mosaic Spectrum and Galaxy Spectrum. Mid fermentation additions of Mosaic and Galaxy Spectrum provide tonnes of overripe mango, pear and pineapple. Then post-fermentation additions of Mosaic and Galaxy T90 pump up the bright top notes that really make this beer sing. Sweet & delicious tropical beach vacation in a can!
