De La Senne ZenneGash (x Allagash)

Zennegash is a blond beer, beautifully veiled thanks to the large amount of wheat used. In the nose we primarily smell papaya, mixed with the scent of white fruit tree blossoms. Because of the refermentation with Brett yeast, we also get the typical aromas of cider and leather. When we drink the beer, we get a very slight acidity due to the wheat and a lovely creamy texture. Once again we taste papaya, but also peach and hawthorn.
