A unique collaboration between Burning Sky & US mixed fermentation heavyweights, Jester King. A pale wort was produced, then fermented using both breweries' mixed cultures. Aged in a mix of oak barrels & steel on whole apricots this beer is complex, with fruit on the palate and a crisp tart finish.
